The Wellbeing Project presents a full day workshop “Wellness in the Workplace” for workplaces and corporate teams. This dynamic workshop has been co-created with employees and employers across multiple sectors.

Workers, managers and business owners often report difficulty juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, unrealistic workloads, fatigue and tiredness, high stress levels, difficulty sleeping and communication problems.
