The Wellbeing Project presents a full day workshop “Wellness in the Workplace” for workplaces and corporate teams. This dynamic workshop has been co-created with employees and employers across multiple sectors.
Many of our waking hours are spent in the workplace so it’s no surprise that work life and personal life impact each other. Workers, managers and business owners often report difficulty juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, unrealistic workloads, fatigue and tiredness, high stress levels, difficulty sleeping and communication problems.
“Wellness in the Workplace” is a dynamic, interactive workshop that provides you with current evidence-based mental health information, skills and strategies. You’ll learn techniques to support yourself, your colleagues and your employees that build personal resilience, increase energy levels and motivation, manage work and home stresses, and improve health and happiness.
This workshop is a collaboration between Kathryn Walton Consulting and Darling Downs Wellness Therapies. This innovative project brings local solutions to local issues using a multi-disciplinary approach. We listen to YOUR needs and customise workshops, training, and other resources to optimise YOUR health and wellbeing.
Registration includes:
• 7 hours of dynamic learning with two local experienced mental health workers
• workshop handouts and resources
